Penang is known to have the most renowned of Buddhist temples in Southeast Asia. All these structures have symbolic and unique characteristic.

The Oldest Temple in Penang

Kuan Yin temple which is located at Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling.















Khoo Kongsi Temple

The famous Khoo Kongsi is the grandest clan temple in the country. A large Chinese clanhouse with elaborate and highly ornamented architecture, a mark of the dominant presence of the Chinese in Penang, Malaysia.















Han Jiang Teochew Ancestral Temple
The Han Jiang Ancestral Temple is a Teochew-style Chinese temple along Chulia Street in Penang, within a short distance from the Mahamariamman Temple and the Nagore Durgha Sheriff.

Artist Statement :

The poem is about the fog that comes during the night.
It covers the wrong things that had been done, forget about what had happen.
It is sad to lose someone but when the sun comes up its a new day.
Time doesn't stop for us because at the end of the day, life still goes on.
